Fuji Seal's solution for the high volume & speed segment of the market such as PET bottles or packages of food products is based on the carrousel applicator. This applicator enables stable, high-speed operation, and contributes to total line efficiency with high machine efficiency and good product quality.

The solution is independent of product surface conditions and all kinds of shrink labels can be handled to transform your products into media at a high line speed of up to 66.000 Bph.

Our solutions

Our machine solutions usually consist of three main functionalities. The De-reel unit feeds the film-material to the applicator. The applicator applies and positions the label on the product.
The shrink process is handled by the shrink tunnel. Fuji Seal provides solutions for shrinking based on steam and hot-air.
